We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and delivered within 3–5 business days.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

- One coupon code per order  
- Discount codes cannot be combined or applied to bundles unless otherwise noted  
- Coupon discounts do not apply to expedited shipping costs

### 🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within **30 days** of shipment, provided the item is **unused** and in its **original condition**.

**To qualify for a return or exchange:**
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received  
- Damaged or used items cannot be accepted  
- You will receive a prepaid return label; return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund  
- Exchanges qualify for **free return shipping**

Make sure to include your order number inside the package. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

### 💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll receive a confirmation email.  
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within **4–6 business days**.

### 📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

At this time, **we do not offer automatic package protection**.  
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at **support@getpawgo.com**.  
We will open an investigation with the carrier to try to locate your package.  
Please note that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

### 🎁 Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a **store credit** equal to the value of the returned item.  
If the gift was sent to the purchaser, we will refund the original payment method.
