Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

The customer has the right to:

1. Exchange an item of satisfactory quality.

2. Return an item of satisfactory quality.

3. Return or exchange an item of unsatisfactory quality.

Items Eligible for Exchange:

1. Items accompanied by a receipt.

2. Items in their original packaging with tags and labels intact, that have not been used.

3. Items purchased no more than 30 days ago.

Procedure for Returning or Exchanging an Item of Satisfactory Quality:

1. Notify us of your intention to return the item by emailing support@getpawgo.com or calling +1 (408) 668-7431.

2. Provide your order number and the card number used for payment to process the refund.

3. After we receive the item, within 7 business days we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer according to the rates of the courier services.

Procedure for Returning an Item of Unsatisfactory Quality:

1. Notify us of your intention to return the item by emailing support@getpawgo.com or calling +1 (408) 668-7431.

2. Provide the tracking number of the return shipment and your bank details for the refund.

3. Once we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer according to the rates of the courier services.

All expenses related to the return of the item are covered by us.

Returns and exchanges are carried out through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or at our physical address:

Refunds:

1. In-store at our location:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).

 For cash payments, refunds are provided immediately after we receive the item.

 When paying by card or bank transfer, we will refund your money within 7 business days.

2. If the item is returned via UPS, FedEx, or USPS:

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to your provided account details.

When issuing a refund via bank transfer, we will return your money within 7 business days.
